Hello all,
I am your guide, Xavia Bree Alloway. I have started this blog to link my connecting with Christ to my love for writing. I pray this blog helps to further your walk with Christ and connect to like minded women. We will discuss difficult topics from trauma, to family disrupters, to flat our sin. God loved me through it all. He will do the same for you. I hope I can become a resource in a world filled with inauthenticity.
A little about myself, I have been a writer since the age of ten. I started with poetry and branched out to my dream of book writing. I've wanted to be an author since the gift was exposed in me due to my passion for Christ and the brokenhearted. I have been through a lot but that by no means makes me qualified. My only aim is to help others feel not alone. In addition to being a writer I am a black single Christian career mother of one extremely spunky daughter Arpi who is nine. She's an amazing artist and gymnast with dreams that outnumber my own, a difficult feat.
I am so happy to have you here This is not the place we will shy away from topics. Feel free to start your free plan and join the discussion. We are all here to learn including myself. This began from God's vision for my life first and foremost. HONESTY is my favorite thing. I will write about a few sin struggles. I ask that you only try to focus on one to help build your Jesus muscle one step at a time. By no means, am I asking you not to participate and read other post topics but in order to conquer we must focus. We will always speak to each other in love and respect. We are all sisters in Christ, let's treat each other as such.
Christian community is vital for the Christian faith. Those partners in faith allow us to be held accountable, supported, and learn from each other. True discipleship has changed my life. Not: Just picking your favorite friend at church and talking to them only Sundays.
But this: Following someone mature in the faith day in and out while being in the good, bad, and ugly together while supporting each other in and with Christ!!!
I can't tell you how just having another believer who isn't afraid of speaking truth to you and vice versa. OH, how much you can learn. This is how I rid myself of situationships, finally conquered celibacy, and began to watch my mouth. I began to see heaven on earth. Sisters I want that for you too. Join us! We need you to help us overcome life.
God has guided me on this winding path all of my life. All the things I was interested it in only covered up my true passion for Him. I want to help you to do the same. Remove all the noise and bring God into your day to day life. You will see Him in every breath you take. Before we embark on that journey let's begin by being friends. Here at AJD Communications we better ourselves, get radical, and support each other in Christ to bring Him glory. Xavia Bree Alloway, founder of AJD Communications holds a masters degree in Strategic Communications: social media management, crisis communications, and blog management. Also, a bachelors is in International political science with a concentration in philosophy. The author of the poetry series "Completing Me" and ministry books "Struggle Ministries: Turning Life Struggles into a Ministry for God" & "I Thought it was CUTE!"
